Postdoctoral Scholar

Yanxin joined the Barile Lab as a postdoctoral scholar in February 2026. Her research focuses on extracellular vesicles and glycan-related bioactive compounds in dairy ingredients, with an emphasis on analytical method development using chromatographic and mass spectrometric techniques. She is particularly interested in EV glycosylation and the quantification of sialic acid and related monosaccharides relevant to ingredient functionality and health.
