I earned my Ph.D. majoring in food science and emphasizing in food chemistry. My research experience mainly focused on the chemical analysis of food product by SPME, GC-MS and HPLC-MS. I joined the lab in spring 2013 and worked on the analysis of oligosaccharides in coffee.
