Mana Rogers

Mana joined Barile Lab in September 2023.  She is a second year undergraduate student majoring in Food Science and Statistical Data Science with interests in:

1) Utilizing data structures to build models that expedite progress in the development of new, sustainable solutions.

2) The applications of plant-based and fermentation-derived compounds in the alternative meat industry.  

She hopes to eventually pursue graduate school.
