Maeve Ashmore

Undergraduate Researcher

Maeve Ashmore joined the Barile Lab in October 2021. She is a fourth-year undergraduate student in the
Food Science Department at UC Davis. She started off assisting Dr. Oswaldo Hernandez with his research
on yeast cell walls and currently assists Dr. Ece Surek and Bruna Paviani. Her goal is to pursue graduate
school in the future.
