Luis Antonio Garay Almada

Almada joined the lab in Fall 2012, to acquire skills in mass spectrometry and do some work with milk peptides. Currently, Almada is analyzing the peptide profile in bovine milk, as a result of the influence of native proteases (i. e. plasmin & cathepsins).
