Scientist at Sugarlogix
Josh earned his PhD conducting research primarily in the Milk Processing Lab. He worked with Juliana Bell on scaling up and optimizing processes on our pilot scale equipment and adapted our equipment in creative ways to serve many purposes and develop a wide array of strategies to isolate functional components from dairy waste streams. Josh is currently a Fermentation Scientist at Sugarlogix.
