Bio

Ece is a visiting research scholar from Turkey and joined the Barile Lab in October 2021. Her research focuses on valorization of industrial grape byproducts and obtaining oligosaccharides with prebiotic potential using hydrothermal treatments and enzymatic hydrolysis.
